How many of you make New Year’s resolutions? I would guess a great deal of you do! I would also bet many of you have vowed to start living a healthier lifestyle. Perhaps, you want to exercise more. So ditch that scale! There is no calorie counting, either! If you follow my program, the weight will naturally drop off, quick and easy! And if you add just 20 to 30 minutes of brisk walking each day, this will increase the benefits even more, for faster results.
By definition, “Raw & Living Foods” means foods that are unprocessed, uncooked, and never heated over 115 degrees. Foods that are alive, with active live enzymes, are packed with vitamins, minerals and nutrition in its natural, God-intended form! Eating the right combination of Raw & Living Foods will provide your body everything it needs, and it will enable the food to be properly digested, absorbed & assimilated.
There are 2 main causes of disease, as I refer to it,”Dis-Ease” in the body:
- Toxins
- Lack of Nutrition or Proper Absorption of that Nutrition
When your body is cleansed of toxins and is getting the proper nutrition, everything works the way it was designed to! Your immune system will protect your body against harmful illness and disease. @Dawn I agree! With all the research I have done over the last couple of years on antioxidants, free radicals and oxidative stress RAW is the way to go. I’ve had so many wonderful conversations with people who went Raw and have healed their bodies. Now I understand the power or Raw (thanks to Donna) and why the chocolates are so powerful because they are Raw! Life is good

I stopped making ‘New Year Resolutions’ a long time ago. I now call them goals! Added pressure by peers to find out ‘what your resolution is’ seemed to always set me up for failure. If I make a goal it is more personal and my business not everyone elses. Since doing this I have been able to successfully educate my kids to do the same thing. This year my oldest daughter and I set out on a new lifestyle of eating which has been incredible and successful! We took your advice Donna and began to add some raw foods a little at a time into our diets and baby steps have been a whole lot easier to swallow and follow through on rather than looking at the bigger picture. The results have been amazing! I have been eating a LOT better for awhile but the impact it has had on my daughter is amazing. She came to me after a week of eating almost Vegan and saying ‘WOW you were right!!! I feel so light, more energy and just feel better!!’ Thanks to you Donna we are having great success because your suggestions and ideas are easy to implement and stay with it.
I find it can be so challenging to try to stay on a New Year’s resolution based diet! I really find it has to be a lifestyle change – you almost can’t think about doing it. You just gotta do it! LOL : ) Great advice, Chef Donna!
