Happy New Year! As we ring in 2011, I find myself thinking about coping with stress, which seems to a multi-faced ongoing process. It is the one component that I feel is the most difficult to deal with, as we very often don’t have control of the external situations in & around our lives.
As a single Mom of a mentally disabled son, taking care of “me” is often put on the back-burner. Through experimentation, I have found I have excellent results in reducing stress with a combination of holistic modalities & therapies.
